Is CSGOLIVE Legit?
CSGOLIVE is a safe and legit CS2 (CSGO) case-opening website. The website has been in operation since 2016 and is associated with a legitimate business (Live Streaming Ads LLC) registered in the United States. According to similarweb, the website has about half a million views per month, and that’s a superb number for a case-opening site.
However, you should always make sure that you're using the right URL, as some scammers try to impersonate CSGOLIVE by taking advantage of their excellent reputation.

Provably Fair System (5/5)
All random actions on CSGOLIVE are backed up with a transparent provably fair system, like on CSGO.Net, gamdom or csgoroll. This means that every case opening is purely random and coded so that no one can predict or change the outcome.
That said, even if you think that you missed an AWP Dragon Lore drop because the website is rigged, you can always check out how the game went exactly by taking a peek at its code to calm yourself down.

Reputation (5/5)
CSGOLIVE boasts a quite decent reputation, and it’s hard to find any bad user reviews about them on the internet.
Moreover, CSGOLIVE actually has a pretty good reputation among its competitors as well. For example, Monarch, the founder of CSGOEmpire and a person who fights for implementing provably fair systems on CS2 (CSGO) gambling websites, has repeatedly praised CSGOLIVE on his social media as an example of a legit case opening website.

Coin Exchange Rate (3.5/5)
CSGOLIVE doesn’t have any coin exchange system – you can only operate with real money, specifically US dollars (like on G4Skins) that you can deposit in more than 250 ways, thanks to G2A Pay support. The website used to have a “gems” system where 1 gem was the equivalent of $1, but they recently deleted it.
It’s worth noting that you can only withdraw your CSGOLIVE funds via CS2 (CSGO) or Dota 2 skins, and there’s no support for real money, cryptocurrencies, or even gift cards. When you include the fact that the site charges extra fees and the final value of the skin is usually shown as higher than what you see on the Steam Marketplace, it makes it much less attractive.
Still, that's just the way it is on most CS2 (CSGO) case opening websites, probably because it is a way to circumvent gambling law regulations in many countries.

Games Available (3/5)
CSGOLIVE only supports one game mode, which is case opening, and there are no other gambling games on the site. Again, adding any other gambling games could limit the site's operation in many countries, and we are sure its owners would like to avoid this at all costs.
Still, limiting the site to a single game mode is undoubtedly a downside, especially since CSGOLIVE doesn't really stand out in any way compared to its competitors. It's just a classic case opening like the one we know from the original game, except that instead of opening chests with keys, we open it with our account balance – no fireworks here.

User Experience (3/5)
CSGOLIVE has probably the worst User Interface of all case opening websites we have tested so far. Well, it's not terrible, but if you compare it to Hellcase or Daddyskins, it's a day/night difference.
The site hasn't received an update in a very long time, and if you combine that with the fact that there's only one game mode, it's easy to get bored with it.
One thing we like is that all CSGOLIVE’s features are located in the bar on the right side of the site, making it very difficult to get lost here. Plus, CSGOLIVE also has a "test spin" feature that appears increasingly on case opening websites, which we also like. It is not only an excellent feature to have, but it also supports healthy gambling.
We think that a few test spins can help you get into the right mindset and prepare you for a healthy gambling experience.

Customer Support (3.5/5)
CSGOLIVE's support is also pretty outdated. The FAQ section is developed to a minimum, and there is no access to live chat support – the site operates on a ticket system.
Still, this ticket system works super smoothly; in a week of testing this site, we personally got most of our answers in no more than 2 hours. Unfortunately, while this is something positive, we won't hide it – customer support is another aspect in which CSGOLIVE needs an update.
VISIT CSGOLIVE
Honestly, we feel like CSGOLIVE is a website that kind of lives in 2016. It's seemingly fine, but it's really behind with its features if you look at its competitors. Still, it's not that bad, we can say that we like it, but the fact is that this site needs an update.
