Is GamingDragons Legit?
Yes, GamingDragons is a legit website for buying game keys used for the PC, PlayStation, and Xbox Series X platforms. Video games purchased through Gaming Dragons are known to be grey market game keys. Thus, being said, it can be risky to purchase from GamingDragons. A few reasons we believe GamingDragons is legit:
- GamingDragons company U.G.K. GAMES LTD was founded in 2011 and is located in Israel and is a legitimate company.
- GamingDragons has reported having game keys that work and have satisfied thousands of customers
- We have tested GamingDragons purchases to be legit and everything turned out fine.
Although GamingDragons has many mixed to negative reviews, they are still a legitimate website that sells legit game keys for some of the best deals.
Reputation (4/5)
Overall, GamingDragons has had a pretty mixed number of reviews due to some of the game keys being faulty or returned to the owner. Although many have not had that many issues with refunds or being resent the right code. For some interesting reason, most of the negative comments seem to come from the PlayStation consoles community. Many have already mentioned G2A as being the better alternative for the best prices, rewards, and discounts.
GamingDragons and G2A are very similar when it comes to the kinds of cd keys they sell which is known as grey market. The only difference is GamingDragons doe does not have a community of sellers. Meaning you cannot choose from where or to who you purchase the game key, it will be automatically generated by the GamingDragons website.
Something important to note is some users have need to change their VPN from their origin country to where the key is originally from. One example would be if the key is from Argentina you may need to get a VPN located in Argentina to download the game. Once it is downloaded, you no longer need the VPN. This is actually common among game keys.

Prices (3/5)
Overall, you could get some great deals and coupons on games and DLC options. A fault though maybe not all games are the cheapest, and sometimes you have to dig for some decent ones.
Compared to some other sites, GamingDragons is one of the more expensive with occasional deals. If we look at Modern Warfare 2 for example, this is proven to be true. On Green Man Gaming and Instant Gaming, Modern Warfare 2 game keys are being sold for around $64 while Gaming Dragons still have it up to $71.

Item Variability (3/5)
The item variety could be a bit better. They run out of stock of some of the most trending games which could be a good thing meaning users are purchasing, but also bad for those looking to purchase more.
Besides this, they do have some great gems to find in the stock that they offer at some competitive prices. A lot of favorite games are also given special offers from time to time as we pay attention to the algorithm of this platform. Overall, the variety is great when it comes to trending games, although they may not always be in stock. The stock variety can be competitively close to Kinguin who also has a similar variety of games.

User Experience (3/5)
The user experience is a bit all over the place, they have support in a very random place compared to other great front-end websites, along with categories and filtration of the site not very organized. When you first open the website, it goes straight to their reviews page, which is a bit odd.
As far as signing up goes, it is a pretty simple procedure, they will have you verify your email before proceeding log in as a normal website function. The profile setup is extremely old school though and is not as easy to navigate as other websites like G2A or Instant Gaming.

Support (4/5)
The support does not have a live agent system, although they send the ticket straight to your email. Once they respond, you will receive a new email regarding your issue. There so far have not been really any complaints with the customer support of GamingDragons. From our testing, you speak with real people, and it takes approximately 30 minutes to 1 hours of respond time depending on the issue, it could take a bit longer.
We would have given the support a better ranking if the response time was faster or had a live chat option. Unfortunately, this is not the case.

Payment Options (5/5)
Overall, the payment options are great. The only problem is, they have been known to still request an identity check even with PayPal. Many become very frustrated with this since they have to prove two forms of ID to a website that seems a bit shady compared to its competitors.
Instant Gaming also has this way of verification, so this is not unusual for these kinds of websites. Since it is an official company that has been around for years with a solid foundation, ID is just a great way of adding security. Besides PayPal, there are some other basic ways of payment that you may prefer such as MasterCard and Visa.
