From the moment we purchased our test server, we were able to log in to the control panel and begin configuring it to our liking. Host Havoc uses the TCAdmin control panel, which is known for its robust functionality and support for a wide range of games. While it certainly is not the best-looking control panel but is extremely useful, it's certainly reliable and easy to use once you get the hang of it.
And if you do happen to run into any issues while setting up your server, Host Havoc has a comprehensive knowledge base that provides step-by-step instructions on how to install mods, plugins, and more. Plus, their customer support team is available 24/7 to help you out if you need it.
In short, setting up a server with Host Havoc is a breeze, even for new server owners. The control panel is easy to use, and the support team is always there to help if you need it.

This can be a great option for those looking to host a large server, as the more slots you purchase, the cheaper the price per slot becomes.
However, the downside of this pricing structure is that it may not be the most cost-effective option for those looking to host a smaller server with just a few friends. With a minimum of 30 slots required (again depending on the game), it can be a bit pricey for those on a tight budget.
That being said, Host Havoc does offer a wide range of hosting options, including web hosting, VPS hosting, and dedicated servers. So, depending on your needs and budget, there's likely a hosting option that will work for you.

Their team is available 24/7 to answer any questions or help troubleshoot any issues you may be having with your server. In our experience, the support team has always been quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Whether it's installing a mod or plugin, or troubleshooting a problem with our server, they've always been there to lend a hand. As you can see in the image, it took about 5 minutes for the customer representative to get back to us. Although it doesn't have a Live Chat feature, it has a support team that is as fast, quick, and focused on helping as Live Chat.
Plus, with a 99.9% uptime guarantee and servers housed in top-notch data centers, you will never have to worry about your server crashing or going down. Host Havoc truly goes above and beyond to ensure their customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

One of the standout features of Host Havoc is its use of NVMe hardware, which is currently the fastest storage solution on the market. This helps ensure that their servers are lightning-fast and able to handle even the most demanding games with ease.
We have been using Host Havoc to host our 7 Days to Die server for several months now, and we have been consistently impressed with the performance. Even when the server is filled to capacity, we never experienced any lag or delays.
Additionally, Host Havoc makes it easy to set up and configure your server with their use of the TCAdmin control panel. While it may not be the most visually appealing control panel out there, it's reliable and has a wide range of functionality and support for a variety of games.
